ok
so im now back. I restarted training today after a long week of not doing much but feeling sorry about things.. friday however, showed a becon of hope in my world. It turns out i was able to get on a all inclusive trip to a tropical island in the sun, that was paid for by my siding distributer. so I came back to the gym with more than a small scence of urgency. today was a rest day for coolrunning and crossfit had push-jerk workout in which the reps were 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 i did 95-115-135-125-135-145-135 respectively. the 145 set was a little sloppy. I felt pretty good so I did a set of 10 reps of the 65 pound 'bear'. followed by a set of 6 reps of 95 pound 'bear' i really think that the bear is the most inclusive freeweight exercise that exists.
