I have decided to add some running to my crossfit program. I will do the WOD from crossfit.com and also the beginner 5k training program from coolrunning.com. today happens to be a rest day for both.. although it wasnt a total rest day. I broke foundation pins in two cellars holes. yesterday was 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 back squat from crossfit and 5 minute walking warmup followed by 90 seconds running followed by 2 minutes walking, done for 25:00 minutes. its funny that the start program for running is a anarobic workout. for the crossfit workout my weights were 95-135-185-225-275-285-295

good job mang. yea sorry i havent been around. realized i needed to get my thoughts together...get my head screwed back onto my shoulders. from deciding that im gonna stay for the winter to struggling with fitness and nutrition and moods and under-recovery issues and adapting to once again working full time to trying to get some sort of grasp on sanity with the b situation. i've had to sort of delve within to gather strength to get thru b...i think for the first month i was sort of in denial...or shock. then i started going thru depression and sadness...now im starting to get out of that. but it's taken a lot more of a toll on me than i had originally thought. so no offense to anyone but just needed a break from everything and i'll be back. im starting to see my way out of the darkness now.
